Rear wings

The rear wings are now fitted and look good, one of them needs a slight bit of adjustment on the positioning to get it 100% but all in all its all looking good. I also got the front indicators positioned and fitted so Im actually running out of bits to get fitted now! :-)

Cosmetic & psychological progress

I fabricated this backing plate for a pipercross air filter, made from a spare bit of 2 mil ali....

And saved £45 in the process!!! Good job I reckon...

Bonded the bonnet vent to the bonnet with Tiger seal....

Another spot of priming to finsih it off and Im very pleased with it...

Used the Tiger seal again to bond the repeater wiring to the front wings....

A bit of weight added to the front wings while theyre also bonded on using, guess what? ..Tiger seal....

The physical build continues....

Ive decide to continue the build without the ECU, Exhaust and instruments and get as much done as I can and its coming on nicely!...........

The back is now fully fitted (wasnt my favourite job and I would definitely do it different next time. (the Mrs would say 'what next time?)

Time to move on to drilling and temp fitting the nose cone... looks good eh!!?

 Rear wings are ready to go on now after some jiggery pokery and of course a good drill! I marked up one side drilled and then used the first as a pattern for the other one....

Side reapeaters drilled and fitted, not my cup of tea but necessary for the IVA test...

Parts and sealant ordered to crack on further next week. Weird thing is now it looks complete bar the dash but still LOADS to do (like find out if it all works!!)
